Collaborate and Share

Sharing reports both internally and externally of your organisation is easy to achieve using Power BI. During the development and collaboration phase, users are given access to the report workspace to view and interact with the report. Once the report is complete and ready for distribution, the report is published as an App to either a group or your organisation. They can also be shared outside of your organisation with trusted counterparties however you retain full control over its access and distribution.

Data security is a key consideration for any organisation in the modern world where the shift toward a data-driven culture brings data security to the forefront. With Power BI, security has been built-in as standard, from user access restrictions on Workspaces or Apps, Row Level Security restricting data viewable in reports or the encryption of data at-rest or in-process.
